Anglers of Honor at Lincoln Hills
The river is running high and fast and the weather forecast predicted rain, so it’s going to be
a challenging day in the mountains, but no one seems to be worried. Everyone is at Lincoln Hills to fly fish, learn, and have a fun time. We started the morning with the fundamentals of fly fishing, next will be reviewing the gear, waiters and then pairing up with the guides. Some of the group will be fishing on the river and some will fish the ponds. The trout ended up in the nets and are released for another day. Everyone is having a wonderful time learning and fishing. Even a brief rain shower is ignored.
It’s time for lunch and we are having some great BBQ brought to us at Lincoln Hills by Jim N’ Nick’s BBQ. It’s been a great day and a big thanks to all the Anglers of Honor Guides and all the volunteers.
